City café – Kailash Colony
Despite its not-so-great location and an average ambience, City Cafe in the Kailash Colony market is always crowded especially during college break time. This is the perfect place for your college getaway meal if you like food.
Big Yellow Door
Big Yellow Door’ of Satya Niketan is a hit among college crowd, as it offers comfy and fascinating place with ravishing decor a big appeal with college crowd with its pocket friendly prices. It is situated in the popular back lane of the Hauz Khas village, and after an adventurous maze like staircase; you reach a terrace cafe with a view of the Hauz Khas lake and fort. Owned by five ex-engineers, the place has an exquisite maggi menu along with their trademark Thadi chai. The outdoors is the perfect place to chill on a day with good weather, and the thatched roof indoor zone is the perfect place for escaping the heat.

Maggi Pont (Kev’S  Cafe)
This is an ideal eating joint in South Campus for Maggi lovers plus the best thing about Kev's is its pocket-friendly price.  Serving around 20 flavours of Maggi, Kev's has something for every student. QD’S
This restaurant stands out among numerous others located in the ever-crowded Satya Niketan as another home of south campus student. Students from different colleges mingle while still waiting for a table outside QD’s doors. They might not attend their classes regularly but QD’s is a must. If you are looking for a perfect place with nice ambience, tasty and hygienic food with pocket friendly prices then QD’s is it. The restaurants playlist of 90s English classics gets everybody unconsciously singing along to the tracks. So head to the hub of South Campus and enjoy the experience that QD’s has to offer with their graffiti wall.
Your university life is incomplete if you are not a fan of tandoori momos and it is not yet a part of your  vocabulary.  QD is well known for its tandoori momos -- the amazing chicken with the smoky taste of the tandoor is awesome.  And while here you can bite into the lemon chicken fry and burnt garlic fish. QD's also provides you with appetite-filling Indian cuisine. A wide variety of platters is available here, from Butter Chicken to Dal Makhani. Grab a book to read or play a game of Ludo or Spellex with your friends, this place has a cool vibe. Sultan of Swings, Turkish Chicken and Cloud no. 9 are some of the bestsellers here. Here you can enjoy delicious food over games while getting mesmerized by the vintage interiors and soft music
There are low lying tables and floor is covered with mattress and cushions are provided to sit comfortably on floor only. Walls are creatively decorated using graffiti and wooden panels. 
Coming on food, they serve excellent pizzas, shakes, mojitos and almost everything you will love. Due to hygiene and reasonable priced menu this place is always full of college students.

Woodbox Cafe
If you want to spend peaceful quality time with friends head out to Wood Box as it is a subtle and calm eating joint in South Campus with amazing and creative woodwork interiors. Situated at the end of the street of Satyaniketan, this cafe shouldn't be missed.
Wood Box Cafe outshines all the hangout spots when it comes to drinks. Here beverage are served in liquor bottles cut into glasses which is the special attraction of this place. The best brownie shake in south campus is definitely at this place. 'Mother of Chicken Burger' is a must try here. The humongous burger stuffed with sliced chicken and accompanied by fries and coleslaw is a meal for two. Strawberry- Oreo shake shouldn't be missed either. Innovative interiors with mouth-watering menu and great drinks are the best combination that you can ask for.
Falcon Riders Cafe
Designed on biker theme, Falcon Riders Cafe is the new name in the list of affordable and best eating joints in South Campus. Unique theme of the resto-cafe has quickly gained the attention of the students. If you have an artist inside you and want to impress people with your talent, try your hands on the drum set and other musical instruments installed in the cafe. Falcon Riders Cafe serves smaller food items including Chinese appetizers, kebabs, and rolls to help students get best food options in their budget.
